When arriving at the location, please drive to the end of the resort, where you will see the Reception building. Opening hours are 0900-1700, and friendly staff will greet you to give you the keys, and specific instructions where your Unit is located on the Resort Property.

Unit location: When standing at the beginning of the resort facing it, it is the first 3 story building behind the pool. Your property consists of two "regular sized" appartments made into one, allowing for the added living space and double sized roof terrace where the hot tub is located. Please see picture below -

Welcome guide:

This guide will ensure a smooth and easy arrival to your vacation home. When your reservation is in the main resort system, an employee will timely contact you.

Check-in Time: 15.00

Early check-in may be possible but unless otherwise notified by either a staff member of our Fostershae Getaways Team, or by on staff Lagada Bay Resort management, please expect your vacation property to be ready at 3PM.

If planning a later arrival, our reception will make arrangements to make sure you get your keys and other items relevant to your stay

As a backup there is a lock box next to the front door, the code is 1234, and you will find a set of keys, but please only use when issues arise with normal check-in.

There is binder in the property detailing the area, featuring restaurants, beaches, and sight seeing spots.

Parking:

Ample complimentary parking is provided on the Resort property, behind the stone wall street side, from where the resort is easily accessible. Sometimes easier unloading is better done from the backside of the resort. A little further up the road the second left exit (about 100 meter) road leads up and behind building row 2, follow as far as you can, you are right behind your property, and can now unload down slope.

Other useful info regarding your stay with us:

- There are electric bikes available for rent at the reception

- If your hot tub needs service, please contact front desk

- For stays of a week or longer - a mid stay clean (or request) is provided, and laundry - complimentary

-Your unit is outfitted with a dishwasher, clothing washing machine, 2 smart TV's (one in LR, one in Main bedroom, AC in every room, coffee - Dolce Gusto pods, drip coffee machine, Juicer, Xbox.

Check-Out Time: 11.00

• Please ensure all dishes are either cleaned or in the dishwasher and turn it on.

• Take all garbage with you to the dumpster located by the third building to the right if exiting the front door. Please do not leave opened food or beverages.

• If any food or beverage items are unopened, and you do not wish to take them home, you may leave them in the refrigerator or on the kitchen counter.

• Lock all windows and doors.

• Place replace the hot tub cover

• Close blinds and curtains.

• Turn off all lights.

• Please turn off all AC's

• Double check that you have collected all your belongings.

• You do not need to deep clean the property as we have professional housekeepers who do that. But, please leave it neat.
